PHP Safe Mode (turning on and off)
Log into plesk and click on Websites & Domains tab on the control panel for the relevant subscription.
Under the Web Scripting and Statistics section deselect the tick box next to PHP 'safe_mode' on.
Click OK, the changes will be active within 40mins.
